London, United Kingdom, April 2026 – Victoria Livingstone will join Alter Domus as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) on May 18, as the global alternative investment services provider continues to strengthen its leadership team and accelerate its talent and transformation agenda.
In this role, Victoria will lead the company’s global people strategy, culture, and organizational development, supporting Alter Domus through its next phase of international expansion and operational scaling.
Prior to joining Alter Domus, Victoria served as Chief People Officer for EMEA CEO, Group COO & CFO at dentsu, where she partnered closely with senior leadership to drive large-scale transformation, strengthen organizational capability, and evolve HR delivery at scale.
She also held an interim role as Organisation Effectiveness Director at ASOS, where she led initiatives in organizational design and transformation to support business agility and growth.
Earlier, Victoria was Global Head of HR – Operations, Services & Technology at HSBC, where she partnered with the Group COO to lead the people agenda for a global workforce of over 65,000 employees. Her work focused on new operating models, agile HR practices, and talent development across complex global environments.
She also held the role of Vice President People – Corporate Functions at Liberty Global, shaping global people strategies and driving organizational effectiveness across finance and corporate functions.
At Vodafone, she served as Head of HR – Group Technology, leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including post-acquisition integration, operating model redesign, and cultural transformation programs.
Earlier in her career, Victoria spent several years at Cisco, where she held multiple HR leadership roles across global sales, marketing, and customer service functions, building strong expertise in organizational design and talent strategy.
With extensive global experience, she brings deep expertise in organizational transformation, talent strategy, and aligning people agendas with business performance.
