Chantilly, Virginia, USA, May 2024 – Carrie Travis has taken on a new role as VP, HR Operations at Parsons Corporation. With extensive experience in HR operations and people analytics, Carrie brings a wealth of knowledge to this new position. In her role, she will be responsible for leading HR operations and ensuring the seamless integration of HR programs across the organization.
Carrie’s most recent role was at CACI International Inc., where she served as Director, HR PMO & People Analytics for two months. Before that, she was the Sr. Manager, HR PMO & People Analytics for two years and HR/HCM Solutions Programs Lead for nearly three years. Her responsibilities included leading HR program management, people analytics, and HRIS implementations.
Before CACI International Inc., Carrie worked at Tenable, where she was the HRIS & Analytics Manager for over a year. She was responsible for managing HR technology and analytics initiatives to support the company’s strategic objectives.
Carrie also spent significant time at SAIC, where she held various roles over nearly 14 years, including HR Planning & Analysis Manager, HCM Solutions & Delivery Manager, People Analytics Analyst, and HR Project Manager. During her tenure, she managed HR program management, business process reengineering, and HR analytics functions, providing valuable metrics for fact-based decision making.
Earlier in her career, Carrie served in multiple HR roles at various companies, including People Analytics Analyst and HR Project Manager at SAIC, where she gained extensive experience in HR project management, data analytics, and strategic HR initiatives.
