Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2024 – Allwyn Dsilva has taken on a new role as Vice President Human Resources & Global Head of L&D, Future of Work & Business HR at Tata Communications. In this position, Allwyn will lead the global HR initiatives, focusing on learning and development, future of work strategies, and HR business partnering.
Allwyn Dsilva has been with Tata Communications for nearly 19 years, holding various significant roles. Prior to his current position, Allwyn served as Global Head of L&D, Future of Work, and Business HR and as Associate Vice President Human Resources at Tata Communications Transformation Services. In these roles, he facilitated the creation and deployment of effective people strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on leadership development and strategic HR initiatives.
Before his tenure at Tata Communications, Allwyn held leadership positions at Tata Communications, including General Manager and Deputy General Manager Learning & Development, where he led training and development programs, implemented innovative learning solutions, and drove HR strategies for various business units. His extensive experience also includes roles such as Senior Manager Employee Engagement & Internal Communications and Head Customer Support Center, showcasing his expertise in employee engagement, internal communications, and customer service.
