In her new role, Cynthia will oversee strategies to enhance talent development initiatives, including leadership training, career pathways, employee engagement, and performance management. Cynthia brings extensive experience to this role, having served as Senior Manager of Employee Experience at Dentsply Sirona. She led strategic planning for global employee engagement initiatives, embedded performance management philosophies, and implemented change management frameworks in collaboration with Prosci. Her efforts contributed to improved organizational alignment and employee satisfaction.

Previously, she was the Manager of Talent Development & Instructional Design, Americas, where she created global leadership courses, developed communication strategies for performance processes, and offered performance coaching to leaders. Cynthia demonstrated a profound understanding of instructional design and leadership development principles.
Before joining Dentsply Sirona, Cynthia served as Curriculum Development Manager at Charter Communications, managing training needs across 10 billing sites for over 5,000 agents. She also led instructional design governance forums and training programs that significantly improved learning outcomes and organizational efficiency.
Cynthia’s early career includes impactful roles in sales operations and customer engagement at Caesarstone US and Domtar, where she developed sales training programs and drove business performance through innovative strategies and training solutions.
