Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2024 – Avani Kamdar has been appointed as the Vice President, Cyber Security Talent Acquisition at Infopercept, bringing extensive experience in cybersecurity talent acquisition and leadership hiring. In her new role, Kamdar will lead the company’s talent acquisition strategies, focusing on cybersecurity expertise to support Infopercept’s growth in the cybersecurity domain.
Prior to joining Infopercept, Avani Kamdar served as the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Cyber Security, Forensics & Analytics at PwC for approximately three years. During her tenure, she played a critical role in cybersecurity leadership hiring, ensuring effective talent strategies aligned with business goals.
Before PwC, she worked at Wipro for about two years as a Talent Partner – Cyber Security & Emerging Technologies (Leadership Hiring). In this role, she was responsible for executive recruitment and diversity hiring, working closely with business leaders to drive recruitment objectives.
Earlier, Kamdar spent 15 years at Crystal Solutions Ltd. as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager (Cyber Security & Digital Transformation). She led a team of recruiters and managed end-to-end recruitment for niche areas, including cybersecurity, digital transformation, big data, and cloud technologies across India and the Middle East.
