Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 – Srivatsan G has joined Bharat Connect as Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, he will lead the company’s financial strategy, overseeing key aspects such as financial planning, analysis, and operational efficiency. With extensive expertise in corporate finance and business strategy, Srivatsan is set to drive Bharat Connect’s mission of transforming bill payments and collections across India.
Srivatsan transitions to Bharat Connect from BHIVE Workspace, where he served as Head of Corporate Finance. During his tenure, he was instrumental in establishing and managing the organization’s corporate finance function, driving strategic financial initiatives to support business growth.

Before this, Srivatsan spent over seven years at Loylty Rewardz, where he held multiple roles, culminating as AVP – Business Finance. He spearheaded the development of monthly MIS processes, built commercial models for major clients, and contributed to corporate strategy and budgeting, unlocking new revenue opportunities worth INR 5 crore. His leadership in audits and compliance further strengthened the organization’s financial governance.
Earlier in his career, Srivatsan served as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Tata Communications, where he led corporate MIS, analyzed product performance, and contributed to cost-saving initiatives that achieved significant operational efficiencies. He also gained valuable experience as Business Finance Controller at Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd, managing business verticals and optimizing financial processes.
Srivatsan began his professional journey at Larsen & Toubro, where he played a key role in financial planning for infrastructure projects and managed financial and commercial operations for large-scale joint ventures, showcasing his deep expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
