Dallas, Texas, United States, January 2025 – Rhonda Moncrief has been promoted to Vice President, HR Talent at The Exchange, where she will lead talent acquisition, career development, and strategic workforce planning to enhance the organization’s human capital initiatives.
Prior to this promotion, Rhonda Moncrief served as Chief, Career Assignments at The Exchange, where she was responsible for career progression programs and leadership succession planning.
Before that, she was HR Support Center Manager, leading HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives across the organization for six years.
Earlier in her career, she held key roles at The Exchange, including Leadership Development Manager, where she designed and executed executive and high-potential leadership programs, and Regional Human Resources Manager, focusing on strategic HR policies and talent management.
