Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2025 – Sudhandra Nagarajan has been promoted to Vice President 2 – Senior Human Resource Business Partner, India at State Street. In this role, he will drive HR business strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development, supporting State Street’s India operations as the company continues to strengthen its global presence.
With over six years at State Street, Sudhandra has held multiple HR leadership roles, including Vice President 2 – Human Resources, Hub Lead (India & Poland) – Workforce Planning and Insights, where he managed strategic workforce planning, HR analytics, and talent management. Prior to that, as Vice President – Hub Lead, HR Workforce Planning & Insights + HR Business Partner, he played a pivotal role in HR strategy, workforce analytics, and business partner support for leadership teams.

Before joining State Street, Sudhandra worked at Morgan Stanley as Manager – HR Reporting, where he led a global HR reporting team, offshored HR operations to India, and implemented HR governance frameworks. He also held key roles at Standard Chartered Bank as Manager – HR Reporting & Analytics, and at Goldman Sachs in HR Reporting & Analytics, focusing on data-driven HR decision-making and process automation.
Sudhandra’s early career includes experience at CGI Information Systems, ANZ Bank, and other organizations, where he specialized in HR analytics, employee engagement, and process optimization. His expertise spans HR operations, workforce analytics, executive leadership, and continuous improvement, making him a valuable asset to State Street’s HR leadership team.
