Scotland, United Kingdom, February 2025 – Roxana Corha has joined William Grant & Sons as the Chief People Officer, bringing over two decades of global HR leadership across the beverage, consumer goods, and hospitality industries. In her new role, she will lead the company’s talent strategy, culture development, and workforce engagement initiatives, ensuring continued growth and innovation in the spirits sector.
Prior to joining William Grant & Sons, Roxana was the Global Head of Talent and Resourcing at LIPTON Teas and Infusions, where she shaped global talent strategies to drive business performance. Before that, she spent over 22 years at Nestlé, holding several key leadership roles, including Head of HR for Nestlé Waters EUR and SBU, HR Director for Nestlé Indochina, and Head of HR for Commercial Functions.

During her time at Nestlé, she played a pivotal role in workforce transformation, talent acquisition, and leadership development across multiple international markets, including Switzerland, France, Thailand, and the United Kingdom. Her deep expertise in organizational strategy and HR transformation makes her a valuable addition to William Grant & Sons’ leadership team.
