Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, October 2025 – AshreiTech, a global technology consortium headquartered in Dallas, has announced the appointment of Faiza Hussain as Head of Human Resources (Pakistan, UAE & USA). In her new role, Faiza will oversee HR strategy and operations across three key geographies, focusing on leadership development, organizational design, and cross-border talent integration to strengthen AshreiTech’s people-first global framework.
Faiza Hussain brings over 15 years of diverse international experience across human resources, consulting, and people strategy, with leadership roles spanning Pakistan, the UAE, the USA, the UK, and Canada. She has been instrumental in driving HR transformation and fostering inclusive, agile, and performance-driven workplaces.
Before joining AshreiTech, Faiza served as HR Consultant at Project Accountants Ltd, where she managed multi-country HR operations across Jersey (UK), Pakistan, and South Africa. Her role involved building HR governance frameworks, driving recruitment strategies, and harmonizing compliance processes across global jurisdictions. She also served as a Visiting Faculty Lecturer for MBA programs at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), where she taught courses in human resource strategy and organizational behavior.
Previously, Faiza worked as HR Generalist – Health Access Thorncliffe Park at TNO (The Neighbourhood Organization) in Toronto, contributing to HR operations and employee engagement initiatives in the health sector. Earlier, she was part of KPMG Canada as a Senior Consultant, HRBP – Microsoft Account, where she supported people strategy for a dynamic client portfolio and helped align HR practices with global performance standards.
Prior to her international roles, Faiza spent over four years at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited (PMEX) as Head of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, where she led strategic HR transformation initiatives. Her leadership contributed to modernizing talent acquisition, enhancing employer branding, and implementing performance-driven policies. She has also held key HR positions at Pi Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. and Deloitte, where she led human capital and executive search initiatives, advising clients on HR development and organizational strategy.
Earlier in her career, Faiza held roles in learning and people development with Berlitz Pakistan, Marsh McLennan, and TNO Canada, and began her HR journey as a Human Resources Associate at Sanofi Pasteur MSD. Her early exposure to multinational environments across Canada gave her a unique blend of cross-cultural and strategic HR expertise.
Faiza holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), Karachi, and has been widely recognized for her negotiation, adaptability, and solution-oriented leadership style that blends empathy with results.
