Hong Kong SAR, March 2026 — Noatum Logistics has appointed Marco Civardi as Managing Director, Asia, as the company strengthens its leadership presence across one of the world’s most dynamic logistics markets. Civardi is a seasoned executive with close to two decades of leadership experience across Asia Pacific, recognised for driving transformative growth and navigating complex opportunities across developed and emerging markets.
In his new role, Civardi will lead Noatum Logistics’ Asia strategy and operations, with a focus on scaling regional capabilities, strengthening customer outcomes, and accelerating growth across priority trade lanes and industry segments. His leadership approach—rooted in talent development, cultural awareness, and a strategic bottom-up mindset—is expected to support the organisation’s expansion plans in the region.
Prior to joining Noatum, Civardi served as CEO, China at JAS Worldwide (2021–2026), where he led a bottom-up strategic roadmap to drive enterprise alignment and organisational evolution, while contributing to broader global purpose, vision, mission and values architecture.
Earlier, he spent nearly eight years with A.P. Moller – Maersk, serving as Area Managing Director for Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar & Laos (2013–2021). His experience included leading integrated operations following a post-merger entity alignment between ocean and logistics businesses, along with leadership responsibility across multiple markets.
Civardi has also held regional leadership roles with Panalpina, including as Regional Head of Fashion, Asia Pacific (2012–2013) and Country Head of Marketing & Sales in Japan (2006–2012). Earlier in his career, he held business development positions in Asia and worked with British Airways Cargo in Milan.
Alongside his executive responsibilities, Civardi serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Au Lac Corporation (2024–present) and KCN Vietnam (2021–present), reflecting continued engagement with the region’s maritime and industrial infrastructure ecosystem.
