Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2025 – Rahul Goel has been appointed as the Global Chief Financial Officer at FNP, where he will oversee financial strategy, corporate governance, and business growth initiatives to drive the company’s expansion in the global gifting industry.
Before joining FNP, Rahul Goel was with Moglix for over five years, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in equity and debt fundraising, managing financial consolidations across multiple entities, and overseeing key business functions, including working capital management and legal affairs.
Prior to that, he served as Vice President at ShopClues, where he was instrumental in raising over $200 million in equity and managing venture debt, statutory audits, and due diligence processes.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Motorola Solutions, Nokia Siemens Networks, and mCarbon Tech Innovation, where he led finance and business integration strategies, overseeing financial planning, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
