United States, December 2024 – Sara Millett has stepped into her new role as Regional Director of Talent Acquisition – LV Region, Corporate & Caesars Digital at Caesars Entertainment. In this position, Sara will oversee talent acquisition strategies, drive recruitment initiatives, and support the company’s growth across its Las Vegas region, corporate functions, and digital platforms.
Sara brings over three years of experience in talent acquisition at Caesars Entertainment, having most recently served as Regional Talent Acquisition Manager. During her tenure, she led hiring initiatives, strengthened recruitment pipelines, and ensured alignment with corporate strategies.

Her journey with Caesars spans more than 12 years across various leadership roles, including CEBS Accounting Business Service Organization Manager, Engagement and Operations Manager, and Hospitality Accounting Operations Manager. In these capacities, she honed her expertise in operations, project management, and leadership.
Before joining Caesars, Sara was part of the Zappos Family of Companies, where she contributed to facilities and help desk operations. Her diverse background showcases her adaptability and dedication to operational excellence.
