Louisville, Kentucky, United States, February 2025 – Aegis Sortation has appointed Rudy Juarez as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With an extensive background in financial leadership, Rudy brings a wealth of expertise in finance transformation, operations finance, and strategic planning to his new role. He will be responsible for driving financial strategy and supporting Aegis Sortation’s growth in the logistics and e-commerce sectors.
Rudy Juarez joins Aegis Sortation from Congo Brands, where he served as Senior Manager, Operations Finance, overseeing key financial functions in operations. Before this, he held multiple leadership positions at FORTNA, including Director of Finance Transformation and Director of Finance, North America Parcel, where he played a key role in driving finance operations across the logistics and parcel distribution business.
Prior to FORTNA, Rudy held several financial leadership roles at Carrier Corporation, including Associate Director of Finance and Senior FP&A Manager, contributing to financial planning and business analytics. His earlier career included various strategic finance roles at Eli Lilly and Company, B/E Aerospace, and Eaton Aerospace, where he gained deep expertise in financial operations, leadership development, and brand management.
Rudy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indiana University – Kelley School of Business, where he honed his financial acumen and leadership skills.
