Istanbul, Türkiye, February 2025 – İsmet Yurttaşen has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources Southeast Europe at PVH Corp., where he will lead the HR function for the region, focusing on strategic workforce planning, talent development, and organizational growth. With extensive experience in human capital management, succession planning, and executive leadership, he is set to drive PVH Corp.’s HR initiatives across Southeast Europe.
Prior to joining PVH Corp., İsmet served as the Head of Human Resources at Chery & Jaecoo, where he played a key role in compensation planning, talent acquisition, and strategic HR planning. Before that, he spent nearly three years at DeFacto, initially as Retail & Growth HR Manager and later as Regional Human Resources Manager for Europe, MENA, and Asia, overseeing HR operations across multiple markets.
His career also includes an 11-year tenure at Inditex, where he held various HR leadership roles, including Senior Executive Talent Acquisition & Training. During his time at Inditex, he was instrumental in talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies. Earlier in his career, he worked in sales and retail management at Migros Ticaret, bringing a diverse perspective on workforce management.
