Before joining Questrom School of Business, Peter served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Johnson & Johnson, where he led global HR strategy, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and executive compensation for 130,000 employees worldwide. Prior to this, he was the Chief Talent Officer at KKR, focusing on board composition, executive assessment, and leadership development across the firm’s North American portfolio. He also held multiple executive HR roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, leading HR transformation initiatives across international markets, including Paris, France.

Currently, Peter serves on multiple advisory boards, including Harvard Business School (HBS) as an Executive Fellow, The Conference Board, National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR), and World 50 Group.
