Boston, Massachusetts, United States, February 2025 – Peter Fasolo has joined Questrom School of Business, Boston University as the Director of the Human Resources Policy Institute and Professor of the Practice, bringing a wealth of experience in global human resources leadership, organizational development, and executive coaching. In this role, he will contribute to HR research, policy development, and leadership education, equipping future HR leaders with industry-relevant insights.

Before joining Questrom School of Business, Peter served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Johnson & Johnson, where he led global HR strategy, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and executive compensation for 130,000 employees worldwide. Prior to this, he was the Chief Talent Officer at KKR, focusing on board composition, executive assessment, and leadership development across the firm’s North American portfolio. He also held multiple executive HR roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, leading HR transformation initiatives across international markets, including Paris, France.

Currently, Peter serves on multiple advisory boards, including Harvard Business School (HBS) as an Executive Fellow, The Conference Board, National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR), and World 50 Group. His expertise in workforce strategy, business transformation, and executive leadership development will significantly contribute to the Questrom School of Business’s mission of preparing ethical and responsible global leaders.

Peter Fasolo holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of Delaware, a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Providence College. His academic background, combined with his extensive corporate experience, positions him as a valuable thought leader in human capital strategy and leadership education.
