Hyderabad, Telangana, India, January 2026 — Accordion India has appointed Soumya C. as Senior Director – Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team as the organization continues to scale its data and analytics capabilities in support of private equity-backed enterprises.
In her new role, Soumya C. will lead the HR function at Accordion India with a focus on talent strategy, leadership development, and building a high-performance, people-centric culture. She will partner closely with business leaders to support organizational growth, enhance employee engagement, and drive HR transformation initiatives aligned with the firm’s long-term objectives.
Prior to this appointment, Soumya served as **Head of Human Resources at Intense Technologies Limited, where she led end-to-end HR strategy, service delivery, and workforce initiatives, supporting organizational growth and leadership capability building across the enterprise.
Earlier, she worked with Hyundai MOBIS as Deputy Manager, where she contributed to HR service delivery, employee engagement, and operational HR processes within a global manufacturing environment. She also held the role of Assistant Manager – HR at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, gaining experience in HR operations and service delivery within a large pharmaceutical organization.
Soumya began her professional journey with Tata Consultancy Services, where she spent over three years across HR service delivery, resource management, and talent engagement roles. At TCS, she handled large-scale workforce planning, supported staffing for key client accounts, led associate engagement initiatives, and contributed to diversity, inclusion, and health and safety programs across business units in Hyderabad.
She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from IBS Hyderabad, where she also served on the Placement Committee and played an active role in student career initiatives.
With her cross-industry HR experience spanning technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and IT services, Soumya’s appointment reinforces Accordion India’s commitment to building strong leadership, scalable people practices, and a future-ready workforce.
