Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 — Impetus has appointed Shikha Kandoi as Chief Financial Officer, entrusting her with the leadership of the company’s global finance strategy, governance framework, and financial transformation agenda.
In her new role, Shikha Kandoi will be responsible for strengthening financial discipline, driving sustainable and profitable growth, and supporting Impetus’ long-term business objectives across global markets. She will work closely with the leadership team to enhance financial rigor, enable scalable operations, and position finance as a strategic partner to the business.
Prior to joining Impetus, Shikha spent close to two decades at Wipro Limited, where she held several senior finance leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer – Wipro Business Process Services, overseeing financial strategy, performance management, and governance for the business unit.
Earlier at Wipro, she was CFO for the Consumer Goods, Lifesciences, Retail, and Brazil sector, where she led finance operations across multiple geographies and industry verticals. In this role, she was closely involved in revenue management, sector-level financial planning, and enabling business growth through disciplined financial stewardship.
She also served as General Manager – Finance, Global FP&A at Wipro, where she led multiple transformation initiatives focused on positioning finance as a business enabler. Her work included driving FP&A modernization, integrating technology to deliver dynamic and real-time financial insights, strengthening transparency, and institutionalizing finance processes through standardized KPIs and operating frameworks.
Shikha began her professional career at ITC Limited, where she worked in Corporate Accounts, gaining strong foundational experience in corporate accounting, financial consolidation, variance analysis, and regulatory reporting. This early exposure laid the groundwork for her later success in large-scale global finance leadership roles.
Widely regarded for her ability to align financial strategy with business priorities, Shikha brings deep expertise in global FP&A, finance transformation, revenue management, and technology-led financial enablement. Her appointment underscores Impetus’ focus on building a robust financial organization to support its next phase of growth.
