Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2026 – InMobi has appointed Prajwal Kumar as Director of Talent Partnering (InMobi & Glance).
In his new role, Prajwal will lead talent acquisition initiatives across InMobi and Glance for India and the JAPAC region, with a strong focus on talent networking, leadership hiring, employer branding, recruitment strategy, and ecosystem engagement for portfolio companies and emerging entrepreneurs.
Prior to joining InMobi, Prajwal Kumar served at Z47 as Vice President – Human Capital, where he worked closely with founders and leadership teams across portfolio companies to build talent strategies, strengthen recruitment capabilities, and scale leadership hiring functions. Earlier at Z47, he also held the positions of AVP – Human Capital, Manager – Human Capital, and Assistant Manager – Human Capital, contributing significantly to executive hiring, talent networking, employer branding initiatives, and startup ecosystem development.
Earlier, he worked with PharmEasy as General Manager, where he led talent acquisition efforts for the technology function at API Holdings, and previously served as Senior Manager supporting strategic hiring initiatives.
Prajwal also built a strong talent acquisition leadership journey at Swiggy, where he was among the company’s early recruiters and played a key role in building engineering, product, design, and leadership teams from the ground up. During his tenure, he contributed to CXO and senior leadership hiring, competency-based recruitment frameworks, employer branding, and talent analytics initiatives.
His earlier professional experience includes talent acquisition and technical recruitment roles at Informatica, staffing leadership at Pylon Management Consulting, and a management trainee assignment with Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL), where he worked on Six Sigma-based preventive maintenance process initiatives.
On the academic front, Prajwal Kumar holds a PGCHRM in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
