Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2025 – Imran Khan has been appointed as Head of People & Intellectual Capital for MGN India at Mashreq. In this role, he will collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals while overseeing key HR functions on the ground.
Prior to joining Mashreq, Khan served as Human Resources Director at Société Générale Global Solution Centre for nearly seven years, where he played a pivotal role in driving HR strategy, digital transformation, and talent management initiatives across multiple countries. Before that, he was General Manager – HR at Accenture, where he provided strategic HR leadership and business partnering for key business functions for nearly six years.
Earlier in his career, Khan spent close to six years at Infosys as Senior Lead – HR, where he contributed to HR operations, employee experience, and workforce planning. His career began at Pricol Limited, where he worked as Officer – HR, gaining hands-on experience in industrial relations, employee engagement, and compliance management.
Khan holds an MBA from Anna University and an Executive PG Diploma in HRM from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, equipping him with a strong foundation in HR strategy, organizational development, and leadership.
