San Francisco, California, United States, March 2025 – Circle Medical has welcomed Dan Burleigh as its new Vice President, People & Culture. In this role, Burleigh is expected to lead the company’s people strategy, talent development, and cultural initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission of making high-quality healthcare more accessible.
Previously, he spent more than four years at Teladoc Health, holding key leadership positions, including Vice President of HR for the BetterHelp Segment and Vice President of HR for Commercial, Operations, Clinical, and G&A. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in HR transformation, talent acquisition, and change management for multiple business units.
Burleigh also served as Partner at Illuminate People Partners, focusing on executive performance coaching and organizational development. Earlier in his career, he held HR leadership positions at Delta Dental Insurance Company, Flex, eBay, Johnson & Johnson, and Microsoft, where he specialized in talent management, leadership development, and global HR strategies.
