Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, March 2025 — Nitish Chaube has recently embarked on a new journey as Vice President & Head Technical Assurance at Larsen & Toubro. In this role, Nitish will spearhead the technical assurance division, driving engineering excellence across the organization. His focus will be on enhancing the frameworks that support technical assurance and fostering key engineering initiatives that align with L&T’s strategic goals.
With a rich background in engineering and project management, Nitish brings extensive expertise in EPC, oil and gas, pipelines, and field development. His career has been marked by significant leadership roles that have prepared him for this challenging new position. Prior to this role, Nitish served as Chief Executive at L&T Chiyoda Ltd., where he oversaw strategic design and engineering projects, significantly contributing to the company’s growth and innovation in technology.
His previous positions include leadership roles at L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited and L&T-Gulf Private Limited, where he managed multidisciplinary engineering teams and led several large-scale industrial projects. His efforts have consistently driven advancements in engineering practices and technical assurance standards.
A Mechanical Engineering graduate from IETE BIT Mesra, Ranchi, Nitish’s technical acumen and strategic leadership are set to significantly contribute to L&T’s continued leadership in the engineering and construction sectors.
