Jimmy Tjan brings a rich background in product marketing and management, with a career spanning over two decades in the industry. Prior to joining Samsung Electronics, Tjan held the position of Head of Product Marketing and DPIC at MODENA for a year and two months, where he was instrumental in creating sales promotions across both offline and online channels, monitoring product metrics, and driving improvements based on customer feedback and data insights.
Before his tenure at MODENA, Tjan served as the Group Head Marketing, where he initiated comprehensive sales and marketing plans, developed marketing strategies, and collaborated with strategic partners to boost brand value and revenue. His efforts significantly contributed to enhancing customer experience and integrating digital touchpoints.
