Chicago, Illinois, United States, December 2024 – Gabby Peabody has joined Egen as the Vice President, People. In this pivotal role, Gabby will spearhead people strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration while supporting Egen’s mission to accelerate digital transformation for its clients.
Gabby brings over a decade of leadership experience in people operations and human resources. Prior to joining Egen, Gabby served as the Global Head of People at Qarik Group, where she successfully integrated global delivery capabilities with deep Google Cloud expertise following the company’s acquisition by Egen. Her leadership played a critical role in aligning organizational culture and workforce strategies during this transition.
Previously, Gabby was the Director of Compensation at Bain Capital, where she managed complex compensation structures and ensured alignment with organizational goals. During her tenure at Snyk, Gabby served as the Global Head of Total Rewards, where she oversaw the design and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs.
Her earlier career includes key roles such as Associate Director, HRBP at C Space and HR Program Manager at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where she drove strategic HR initiatives and organizational development programs.
