Before joining Tirlán, Karen was Head of Talent Management at Glanbia Ireland, where she led talent strategies for a global food, nutrition, and agri-business. She focused on leadership development, succession planning, and high-performance team culture, making a significant impact on the company’s people strategy and organizational growth.
Karen also held key HR leadership positions at LEO Pharma, C&C Group, and eBay, where she managed transformational culture change, talent management, and leadership development programs across EMEA and APAC. With a proven track record in HR strategy, coaching, and organizational development, she brings extensive expertise in shaping high-performing workplace cultures.
