Mexico, March 2025 – José Manuel Tellechea Sobrino has been appointed as the Human Resources Director at Alianza Team®, where he will lead talent management, organizational development, and HR strategy to support the company’s continued expansion in the lipids, nutrition, and frozen bakery sectors. With a distinguished career spanning nearly two decades in human resources leadership, José Manuel brings expertise in employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and HR transformation to his new role.
Before joining Alianza Team®, José Manuel served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Colgate-Palmolive, where he led HR operations and strategic workforce initiatives in Mexico.
Prior to that, he spent nearly 13 years at Nestlé, where he held multiple leadership roles, including HR Director, Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits, and Human Resources Manager. During his tenure, he played a critical role in developing HR policies, optimizing total rewards programs, and leading key talent initiatives.
His career also includes over five years at CIE, where he served as Senior Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs. Earlier, he worked as an HR Manager at Orange España, gaining international HR experience in Spain. With a Master of Business Administration in High Management from Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, José Manuel combines business acumen with a strategic HR mindset, making him a valuable addition to Alianza Team®’s leadership.
