Greater Chicago Area, United States, March 2025 – Vantive has appointed Sasha Diskin as Vice President, Human Resources, bringing a wealth of experience in talent strategy, organizational transformation, and diversity & inclusion. In this role, she will oversee Vantive’s HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development to support the company’s mission of expanding possibilities in vital organ therapies.
Sasha joins Vantive from Amgen, where she served as Vice President, Talent, Diversity & Inclusion, leading post-merger integration efforts following Amgen’s $27.8 billion acquisition of Horizon Therapeutics. At Horizon, she played a key role in organizational culture transformation, succession planning, and corporate reputation initiatives, helping grow the company from a $500M emerging player to a $3B+ global healthcare leader.
Earlier, she held leadership roles at Baxter International, where she led change management initiatives, talent strategies, and global workforce transformation. She also served as HR consultant at Willis Towers Watson, advising Fortune 500 companies on HR transformation, performance management, and employee engagement. Her experience spans across life sciences, healthcare, and financial services, making her a valuable asset to Vantive.
Sasha holds an MBA in Change Management & Leadership Development from DePaul University. Her expertise in HR leadership and strategic workforce planning will play a crucial role in Vantive’s mission to innovate in kidney care and vital organ therapies.
