Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2025 – Vaishali D. has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Elite Edge Infra, bringing extensive HR leadership experience in the real estate and security services industries. In her new role, she will lead the HR function, workforce strategy, and talent development initiatives, aligning HR policies with business objectives to drive organizational growth.
Prior to joining Elite Edge Infra, Vaishali served as Head of Human Resources at ElitePRO Infra, where she led strategic HR operations, developed employee engagement programs, and strengthened HR frameworks to support the company’s expansion in the real estate sector.

Before that, she was the Head of Human Resources at Bric-X Infra, where she played a key role in formulating HR policies, streamlining talent acquisition, and enhancing employee retention strategies. Earlier in her career, she served as HR Manager at Cyclops Security and Allied Services Private Limited, where she was responsible for managing workforce planning, compliance, and HR governance across the organization.
Vaishali holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, equipping her with a strong foundation in HR strategy, leadership, and organizational management.
