Lauren steps into her new role at iSeatz following her tenure as Director of People Operations, a position she held for nearly two years. Previously, she served as the People Operations Manager, where she led initiatives related to recruitment, onboarding, and overall employee experience.
Prior to her time at iSeatz, Lauren built a solid foundation in HR management at UP Professional Solutions®. Over nearly six years, she advanced from HR Assistant to HR Coordinator, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance. Lauren began her career in administrative roles at Global Hunter Securities, where she gained experience in corporate support and team coordination, further developing her organizational and people management skills.
