Pune, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Pratiti Technologies has announced the appointment of Indranil Karal as the new Head of GCCs and Client Success. With over two decades of experience, Indranil brings a wealth of knowledge in driving business transformation for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) through innovative technology strategies and value-driven partnerships.
In his new role, Indranil will focus on deepening engagements with GCCs, supporting them in scaling operations and achieving business outcomes through strategic digital transformation. He will also work closely with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies to enable the setup and expansion of GCCs in India. His appointment is expected to strengthen Pratiti’s market position and client success initiatives globally.
Before joining Pratiti Technologies, Indranil Karal served as Business Leader – Managed Services IT/ITES at Aeries Technology for nearly two years, where he led business planning and customer experience transformations while expanding key client portfolios.
Earlier in 2023, he held the role of Consultant Business Leader – Strategic Growth Initiatives & Global Delivery at Large iT, where he was responsible for driving global strategy and business transformation initiatives.
From 2020 to 2023, Indranil worked at Altimetrik as Business Leader for Sales, Client Servicing, and P&L Management, leading digital transformation, deal structuring, and client relationship management for enterprise accounts.
Indranil also spent over seven years at Tech Mahindra, where he held multiple leadership roles including Client Partner, Regional Sales Head, and Director Operations, overseeing strategic partnerships, delivery, and business expansion across North America and India.
Earlier roles include key leadership positions at Wipro Ltd as Transition Manager, GE Capital, and various delivery and transition leadership positions in customer service and transformation functions. His extensive experience spans across sectors like insurance, telecom, and enterprise services.
