Martin has been with SilverDoor since 2012, rising through a series of progressive leadership positions. Before his current appointment, he served as Chief Customer Officer, where he led global client experience, operational excellence, and service delivery strategy. Under his leadership, SilverDoor strengthened its reputation for premium client partnerships and seamless customer engagement in the corporate accommodation sector.
Earlier, Martin held the role of Group Head of Client Relationships, where he oversaw all client-facing teams and ensured consistent service quality across international operations. Before joining SilverDoor, Martin began his professional journey in customer relations and regulatory roles, including as Consumer Affairs Officer at the Civil Aviation Authority and Executive Response Officer at Capital One, where he honed his ability to balance compliance, customer advocacy, and stakeholder management.
