Mexico City, Mexico, March 2025 – Giovanna Jaime has been appointed as the new Head of People & Organization Mexico at Enel Green Power, where she will be responsible for leading people strategy across the country. In her new role, Giovanna will focus on building a strong organizational culture, guiding change management initiatives, and overseeing talent attraction, development, and labor relations aligned with the company’s sustainability-focused mission.
Giovanna brings more than eight years of experience within Enel Green Power, having most recently served as Head of Compensation & Benefits, where she managed planning, control, benefits, labor relations, and policy development for Mexico operations. Her leadership was critical in aligning human capital programs with regulatory compliance and long-term business growth.
Prior to this, she held the position of Human Resources Business Partner, where she provided regional HR support across Mexico and Central America, covering Engineering, Construction, and Business Development teams. She was instrumental in developing organizational structure frameworks and driving workforce planning efforts.

Before joining Enel Green Power, Giovanna served as HR Business Partner at De La Rue, where she led talent initiatives, training, policy implementation, and employee relations for nearly five years. Earlier in her career, she gained experience in logistics, sales administration, and customer service across roles at Grupo Inversor Veracruzano, De La Rue, and other firms in Mexico and Latin America.
Giovanna’s early experience also includes roles as Human Resources Assistant and Psychodiagnostic Evaluator, reflecting a foundation in psychology and human development that continues to inform her people-centric leadership approach.
