Nataraju brings over three decades of experience building and scaling businesses in the built environment and workspace solutions space. He has a proven track record of creating markets from the ground up, establishing robust systems, and building enduring brand credibility in categories that didn’t previously exist at scale in India. Earlier in his career, he played a pivotal role in building organisations such as Wipro Furniture, Wipro Lighting, and Spacewood Office Solutions – working closely with architects, designers, and corporate clients to position these businesses as leaders in design, innovation, and the Indian office solutions market. His work also helped establish benchmarks for sustainability, certification, and intellectual property that shaped the broader industry’s evolution.
At UniVicoustic, Nataraju will be responsible for shaping the company’s strategic direction across business verticals, partnerships, and market expansion. His priorities include building a scalable growth framework that works across geographies, strengthening the company’s specification network with architects, interior designers, and consultants, and ensuring that UniVicoustic’s product and service offerings are benchmarked against the best in the world. He will also work to align the company’s strategy, design, and delivery functions so that innovation, wellbeing, and sustainability are embedded in everything the business takes to market.
