She also worked as HR Manager at Electroglas, where she handled global HR operations, employee stock programs, and international labor law coordination. Her early career includes pivotal roles at ATR International, where she led contract staffing and program compliance, and she began her HR journey as a recruiter in Sunnyvale, California.
