Her meteoric rise in global wealth rankings follows a 47% stake transfer from her father, Shiv Nadar, the visionary founder of HCL Technologies. The stake transfer significantly increased Roshni’s ownership, giving her control of Vama Sundari Investments (Delhi) Private Limited (Vama Delhi) and HCL Corporation, two major promoter entities of HCL Technologies.

As Chairperson of HCLTech, Roshni Nadar Malhotra has played a pivotal role in steering the company’s global strategy, governance, and long-term vision. Her influence extends beyond boardrooms; she is known for her advocacy in education and sustainability through the Shiv Nadar Foundation, further exemplifying her commitment to inclusive growth and nation-building.
