Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, March 2025 — Roshni Nadar Malhotra, Chairperson of HCLTech, has made history by becoming the first Indian woman to enter the top 10 of the Hurun Global Rich List 2025. With an estimated net worth of ₹3.5 lakh crore, she is now ranked as the fifth wealthiest woman in the world, marking a milestone achievement for Indian business leadership.

Her meteoric rise in global wealth rankings follows a 47% stake transfer from her father, Shiv Nadar, the visionary founder of HCL Technologies. The stake transfer significantly increased Roshni’s ownership, giving her control of Vama Sundari Investments (Delhi) Private Limited (Vama Delhi) and HCL Corporation, two major promoter entities of HCL Technologies.
