London, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Sigita Finkaiser has joined Providence Equity Partners as the Head of Human Resources, bringing over 15 years of senior HR leadership experience across financial services and private equity. In this newly appointed position, she will oversee the firm’s global people strategy, focusing on leadership development, cultural transformation, and strategic talent initiatives across North America and Europe.
Prior to this role, Sigita served as Human Resources Director (Maternity Cover) at InfraRed Capital Partners Ltd, where she spearheaded a comprehensive People Strategy across multiple geographies including the UK, US, Australia, and Korea. She played a pivotal role in performance management, HR policy reform, global payroll, talent development, and diversity and inclusion strategy.
Previously, she held a short-term leadership role as HR Director at London Stock Exchange Group, where she partnered with senior stakeholders across the EMEA region to lead organizational transformation and implement strategic workforce planning aligned with corporate objectives and cultural values.
Earlier in her career, Sigita served in key HR leadership roles at Visa, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, and Schroders, where she delivered complex change management, performance review processes, HR restructuring, and talent pipeline development initiatives across UK and European operations.
Sigita’s foundation in HR spans across a range of industries including banking, asset management, and legal services, with experience at organizations such as Dechert LLP, Credit Suisse, Engelhart, and Buro Happold. She holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University and is recognized for her expertise in strategic HR leadership, global workforce planning, compliance, and employee relations.
