With close to two decades of experience across HR transformation, talent strategy, and global mobility, Harpreet’s appointment comes at a crucial time as the company continues expanding its footprint in the rapidly evolving adtech space.
Prior to joining The Trade Desk, Harpreet was with Publicis Groupe for over four years, where he served in several leadership roles including Vice President & Head – Fulfilment, Talent & Global International Mobility. He managed operations across five global centers and was instrumental in driving strategic workforce solutions for Publicis’ technology, data, production, and media arms. His contributions to global mobility programs and talent optimization efforts were pivotal to business scalability and global delivery excellence.
Before Publicis, Harpreet led key talent acquisition mandates as Talent Acquisition Director at JLL, where he oversaw hiring strategy for business services and global functions. His earlier roles at Fiserv and Ericsson included managing global recruitment, compliance, and international mobility across the North America, LATAM, and Asia regions. His ability to integrate HR tech, compliance rigor, and agile hiring made him a key strategic partner to business leaders.
Harpreet began his HR journey at SpiceJet, where he managed full-cycle recruitment and organizational development initiatives. His early exposure to fast-paced industries laid the foundation for a career defined by adaptability and people-centric leadership. Now at The Trade Desk, he is set to lead the company’s next wave of HR innovation, aligning talent strategies with business growth across key Asian markets.
