Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, May 2025 – Isabelle Edwards has stepped into the role of Head of People Partnering – Supply, Procurement & AHA at Asahi Beverages. In her new position, Isabelle will be responsible for leading strategic people initiatives across supply chain, procurement, and the AHA division, partnering with senior leaders to strengthen organizational capability and business performance.
Isabelle brings with her over six years of experience at Asahi Beverages, where she most recently served as Senior HR Manager for Carlton & United Breweries. In that capacity, she led a team of HR business partners and played a pivotal role in shaping people strategy for the Alcohol division of the company.
Prior to that, she worked as HR Business Partner – Commercial for Carlton & United Breweries, where she delivered people solutions that enhanced commercial outcomes and fostered employee engagement across the business.
Before joining Asahi, Isabelle held the position of Culture and People Business Partner at Woolworths Group, where she supported large-scale people and culture initiatives. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade at Nike, holding multiple HR roles, including Human Resources Manager – Wholesale and HR Advisor – Retail, gaining deep experience in performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Isabelle started her career at Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd, where she worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant, supporting HR operations and employee relations across franchise networks.
