Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, April 2025 – Dhari Al-Jarba has been appointed as the new Head of Human Resources at Nayifat Finance Company, a leading provider of Sharia-compliant financial solutions in the Kingdom. In his new role, Dhari will spearhead the company’s HR strategies with a focus on driving organizational development, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting Nayifat’s expansion plans across Saudi Arabia.
Prior to joining Nayifat, Dhari spent over a decade at Arab National Bank, where he most recently served as Head of HR Business Partners for nearly four years. In this role, he played a pivotal role in aligning HR with business strategy, offering critical consultation on organizational effectiveness and talent optimization.
Earlier at Arab National Bank, he held roles including Recruitment Manager and Assistant Manager – Recruitment, where he led talent acquisition efforts and managed both domestic and international hiring strategies. His contributions were instrumental in shaping a strong and future-ready workforce across the bank.
Dhari began his HR career at Banque Saudi Fransi, where he worked for six years as a Recruitment Specialist. His focus on building interpersonal relationships and problem-solving laid the foundation for his progressive rise in the human capital domain.
In addition to his professional journey, Dhari holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Colorado State University Global, where he graduated with Second Class Honors. He also earned an Executive MBA from Saudi Electronic University, further strengthening his leadership and strategic management capabilities.
