Bangladesh, June 2024 – Sayeed Nasir has joined Beximco Communications Limited as the new Head of Human Resources. With an extensive background in organizational development, talent management, and strategic HR leadership, Sayeed is poised to drive the HR strategy at Beximco Communications Limited, ensuring the company continues to attract and retain top talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Sayeed Nasir previously served at bKash Limited for nearly eight years, most recently as the Executive Vice President and Head of Department, Organizational Development & Employer Branding. In this role, he was responsible for strategic HR planning, leadership development, and employer branding initiatives. He also held the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Department, Organizational Development & Employee Relations, where he focused on culture change, leadership development, and employee relations.
Earlier, he served as the Executive Vice President and Head of Department, Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development, and General Manager & Head of Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development. Throughout his tenure at bKash, he consistently contributed to the company’s growth through strategic HR leadership and talent management initiatives.
Prior to bKash Limited, Sayeed worked at Prime Bank Ltd. as the Manager, Organizational Development. His role involved overseeing organizational development projects, driving strategic HR initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement.
Sayeed’s career began at Standard Chartered Bank, where he served in various roles over four years. He was an Assistant Manager – HR (Learning & CBA), focusing on learning and development programs, and an Officer – Group Technology & Operations, where he supported operational efficiency and process improvement.
