Toronto, Ontario, Canada, July 2026 — Frost & Sullivan has promoted Anuj Monga to Vice President, Head of Aftermarket & Digital Retail Practice, recognizing his more than 13 years of leadership and strategic contributions to the firm’s global automotive research and consulting business. In his expanded leadership role, Anuj will continue to drive Frost & Sullivan’s global aftermarket and digital retail practice, helping automotive manufacturers, suppliers, technology providers, and mobility companies navigate industry transformation, digital commerce, evolving customer expectations, and emerging business models.

Anuj has built an exceptional career within Frost & Sullivan, progressing through multiple leadership roles over the past thirteen years. Most recently, he served as Research Director – Aftermarket & Digital Retail, where he led global research programs and strategic advisory engagements focused on automotive aftermarket digitization, e-retailing, mobility ecosystems, connected services, and digital transformation. Prior to that, he held successive positions as Associate Director, Global Research Manager, Global Program Manager, Team Leader, and Senior Research Analyst, steadily expanding the firm’s research capabilities and thought leadership across global automotive markets.

Throughout his tenure, Anuj has advised leading global OEMs, aftermarket suppliers, truck manufacturers, technology providers, and digital marketplaces on market entry strategies, mergers and acquisitions, competitive benchmarking, product development, digital retailing, remanufacturing, customer experience, and aftermarket growth strategies. His work has supported organizations across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and emerging markets, while his research on digitization, e-commerce, category management, telematics, and future mobility has established him as a recognized industry thought leader.

Before joining Frost & Sullivan, Anuj worked as a Senior Research Analyst at Beroe Inc., delivering market intelligence, competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and sourcing advisory for global pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations. Earlier, he gained operational and supply chain experience through roles at LG Electronics India, where he worked in demand and distribution planning, Maruti Suzuki Joint Venture, focusing on supplier quality assurance and manufacturing excellence, and International Tractors Limited, where he began his career in supplier quality and production systems.

Across nearly two decades of experience, Anuj has developed deep expertise in Automotive Aftermarket, Digital Retail, Market Research, Growth Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Go-to-Market Strategy, M&A Due Diligence, Customer Experience, Automotive Digitization, Connected Mobility, E-commerce, Market Opportunity Assessment, Product Strategy, Business Consulting, Supplier Ecosystems, Strategic Advisory, Research Leadership, and Global Automotive Trends.
