Chicago, Illinois, United States, April 2025 – Jennifer Matsuoka has been promoted to Vice President, People Operations, Strategy and Analytics at Flexera, after spending over three years as Senior Director, People Strategy & Analytics. In her new role, she will lead strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing HR operations, driving people insights, and shaping Flexera’s data-driven workforce strategy.
Matsuoka brings more than 15 years of progressive leadership at Flexera, where she most recently served as Senior Director, People Strategy & Analytics, leading enterprise-wide HR data initiatives and strategy. She played a key role in embedding Workday capabilities and analytical rigor across HR programs.
Prior to that, she was Director of Project Management, managing various cross-functional HR technology and transformation projects. She also served as Senior Manager, PMO, where she led strategic initiatives related to performance management, onboarding, and workforce planning across the company.
Earlier in her Flexera journey, Matsuoka was Senior IT Manager, Business Applications, responsible for enterprise HR and financial system implementations, including Workday and NetSuite. She started in the company as Manager, Oracle Applications, overseeing key Oracle HR and financials reimplementations.
Before joining Flexera, Matsuoka built a strong foundation in Oracle solutions and business process transformation through roles at IBM Global Business Services, Gap Inc., BMC Software, Carlson Companies, and Wolfram Research.
