Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia, April 2025 – Rino Hermansyah has been elevated to the role of AVP – Head of Human Capital Performance Management at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., one of Indonesia’s largest and most influential financial institutions. In his new role, Rino will be responsible for spearheading performance optimization frameworks, enabling stronger alignment between human capital outcomes and the bank’s long-term strategic goals.
Over the past nearly 3 years, Rino served as AVP – Head of HC Business Partner for Risk Management (Retail Segment) at Bank Mandiri. In this capacity, he closely aligned HR strategies with the objectives of the Retail Risk organization, driving performance, engagement, and business responsiveness.
Prior to that, he spent around 3 years as Senior Manager – Human Capital Business Partner, supporting talent initiatives and leadership alignment across critical business units. His earlier tenure as First Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition Analyst saw him manage end-to-end recruitment strategies and enhance workforce planning across the bank’s national network.
Earlier in his journey, Rino served as Manager – Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Capital Officer, acting as a strategic liaison and communication conduit for the CHCO, while also managing executive communications and stakeholder coordination. Before that, as Manager – Organization Design & Capacity Planning, he led strategic organizational studies, resource planning, and SAP-based system optimization, contributing to robust structural frameworks within the Human Capital Directorate.
His foundational years at Bank Mandiri, starting in 2008, saw him serve in operational roles including Frontliner, General Affair Staff, and Business Development Representative, showcasing his deep-rooted understanding of the organization’s ecosystem from the ground up.
