In this elevated position, he will lead the company’s efforts in building a connected digital ecosystem, focusing on personalization, AI, in-store innovation, and platform modernization to enrich the global consumer experience and enhance brand engagement across all channels.
Naveen joined Ralph Lauren in early 2024 as Global Head of Consumer Technology & Digital Commerce, North America, where he was instrumental in shaping the digital growth strategy and driving commercial excellence across the retail and eCommerce landscape. His contributions over the past year have laid a solid foundation for deeper consumer connections through data-driven personalization and seamless omni-channel experiences.
Prior to Ralph Lauren, Naveen served as EVP, Global Retail – Consumer Products, Games & Publishing at The Walt Disney Company, where he oversaw digital and brick-and-mortar retail operations across a global portfolio that included shopDisney, Disney Parks retail, and international retail partnerships. He led functions ranging from merchandising and supply chain to marketing, customer service, and retail technology—delivering large-scale transformation and customer-centric growth initiatives.
Before Disney, he held the position of Global Chief Digital Officer at Foot Locker, leading innovation in customer experience and global eCommerce. He was responsible for driving digital marketing, omni-channel strategy, UX/UI, personalization, and loyalty across four continents. His earlier tenures include leadership roles at BJ’s Wholesale Club, Lonely Planet, and Sears Holdings, where he delivered award-winning initiatives in gamification, performance analytics, and digital operations.
