Vilnius, Vilniaus, Lithuania, June 2025 – Aušra Antanavičienė has taken on a new role as Chief People & Culture Officer at UAB Hotrema, marking a strategic addition to the company’s executive leadership team. In this position, she will drive people strategy, talent management, and organizational culture to support the firm’s continued expansion across the Baltics and Europe.
Antanavičienė brings a strong background in human capital leadership, most recently serving as a Consultant with INWIN | Institute of Winning Negotiations, where she worked with organizations and individuals on leadership, HR, collaboration, and social skills training. Simultaneously, she continued to coach business leaders and deliver strategic guidance on organizational effectiveness.
Previously, she spent over five years at Peikko Group Corporation, where she held progressive roles, including Vice President of Human Resources, Learning and Development Manager, and HR Manager at Peikko Lietuva. Across these roles, she was responsible for global HR practices across 30+ countries, led corporate training programs, developed senior leadership pipelines, and coached executives as part of the global management team.
Before joining Peikko, she spent over six years at UAB Kitron, where she played a crucial role as HR Manager, helping the fast-growing electronics manufacturing business build a strong HR foundation. She led the implementation of remuneration frameworks and coordinated employee engagement strategies across international operations.
Earlier in her career, Antanavičienė held HR leadership roles at Swedwood Kazlu Ruda (IKEA Industry) and LTP Group, where she built HR functions from the ground up and helped integrate operations into European supply chains. She also spent nearly a decade at LTP Group in commercial and production leadership roles, giving her a well-rounded business perspective.
