London, England, United Kingdom, June 2025 – Alex Bradshaw has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Enra Specialist Finance, a key move aimed at strengthening the company’s people strategy as it continues to expand its operations across the UK’s specialist finance landscape. In her new role, Bradshaw will spearhead the company’s talent strategy, organizational development, and workplace culture initiatives.
Bradshaw brings nearly two decades of HR leadership experience to the table. Prior to joining Enra Specialist Finance, she served as Head of People at rge services for close to 2 years, where she led strategic HR transformation efforts with a strong focus on workplace safety, DEI, leadership development, and workforce planning. Her contributions played a pivotal role in shaping employee engagement and aligning people practices with business goals.
Before that, Bradshaw spent over 7 years at London Luton Airport, where she served as Head of HR. Her tenure was marked by major organizational and cultural transformations, including the implementation of HRIS systems, talent strategy formulation, and enhancing diversity and inclusion initiatives within a high-stakes operational environment.
Earlier in her career, Bradshaw was an HR Business Partner at Boeing and Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service, gaining deep expertise in coaching, labor relations, strategic planning, and workforce development. Her experience at these organizations further enhanced her capabilities in leading change and supporting large-scale teams across public and private sectors.
Bradshaw began her HR journey as Group HR Manager at Imtech Technical Services, followed by advisory roles at Laing O’Rourke and McGregor Boyall. Over this time, she built a strong foundation in talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, and performance management, gaining comprehensive exposure to various industry verticals including engineering, construction, and consulting.
