Leah Ng Appointed as Vice President, Talent Acquisition Southeast Asia at Raffles Family Office

Singapore, June 2025 – Leah Ng has started a new role as Vice President, Talent Acquisition Southeast Asia at Raffles Family Office (RFO), a leading multi-family office with a global footprint and a comprehensive suite of wealth management solutions. In her new role, Leah will drive talent acquisition strategies to support the rapid expansion of RFO’s operations across Southeast Asia, building on the firm’s reputation for excellence and innovation in the wealth management sector.

Prior to joining Raffles Family Office, Leah was Principal Consultant at Paradigm Recruitment, where she provided consultancy services in sales recruitment and developed bespoke consultative solutions for clients across various industries. She brings a wealth of experience in recruitment leadership and business consulting to her new position.

Earlier, Leah worked as a Recruiter for adidas in Singapore, where she was responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in a dynamic retail environment, supporting the company’s people agenda and business objectives.

Leah also served as a Recruiter at ASM, a global leader in semiconductor process equipment, where she managed the recruitment lifecycle for highly specialized roles, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Cobalt Recruitment, specializing in technology and finance placements across the Asia Pacific region.

In her early career, Leah gained valuable experience as an Executive at Argyll Scott and as a Recruit Consultant at Recruit Express Pte Ltd, further building her expertise in talent acquisition and client relationship management across a broad spectrum of industries.
