Jacqueline has spent over four years at Docusign, previously serving as Head of Talent. In this capacity, she led the global talent acquisition function across all business lines and geographies, championing the development of diverse, high-performing teams. Her leadership has focused on building innovative recruitment strategies, fostering inclusion, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences that support Docusign’s ongoing growth and culture of excellence.
Prior to Docusign, Jacqueline was Director, EMEA Talent Advisory at Oracle for over eight years. She managed talent acquisition teams across multiple geographies, led recruitment for sales, consulting, finance, and marketing, and played a key role in redefining Oracle’s recruitment strategies for the EMEA region. Her efforts included advancing global social media strategies and coaching senior recruitment teams to achieve best-in-class results.
Earlier, Jacqueline served as an Independent Business Consultant for four years, specializing in talent leadership, client engagement, and strategic consulting across talent acquisition and business development. She provided expert guidance in designing talent strategies and engagement practices for a variety of clients.
Jacqueline’s foundational HR experience was built at Kelly Services, where, as Country Manager – Ireland for nearly 15 years, she grew the business from a single location to multiple branches, launched specialized divisions, and delivered bespoke workforce solutions to blue-chip clients. She led geographically dispersed teams and was recognized with multiple awards for best-in-class leadership and business performance.
