Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, June 2025 – Solace, the global leader in real-time, event-driven integration, has announced the appointment of Paul Fitzpatrick as its new Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer. Fitzpatrick will spearhead global marketing, strategic partnerships, customer education, and field enablement to help drive the company’s mission of powering real-time data movement in the agentic era.
Fitzpatrick brings with him a strong legacy of leadership in enterprise software, having held senior roles at IBM, Cognos, and Halogen Software. He also has a history with Solace, where he previously led key functions including partnerships and field enablement. Most recently, Fitzpatrick was at Shopify, where he led the development of the enterprise partner ecosystem and advanced global partner programs and education initiatives.
