Austin, Texas, United States, March 2025 – Aparna Jain has been promoted to Director – Talent at Tiger Analytics, marking a new leadership milestone in her 6.5-year journey with the global data and AI solutions firm. In her new role, Aparna will spearhead strategic talent initiatives to support the company’s rapid global expansion and evolving workforce needs.
At Tiger Analytics, Aparna most recently served as Associate Director – Talent, leading end-to-end recruitment across the US, Canada, and UK for data science, analytics consulting, and business intelligence roles. She previously held roles as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, Lead – Talent Acquisition, and Talent Acquisition Specialist, demonstrating a consistent track record of excellence in talent strategy and operations.
Prior to joining Tiger Analytics, Aparna worked at Executive Access India as a Senior Associate, where she partnered on mandates across industrial sectors like automotive, cleantech, infrastructure, and logistics. Before that, she worked as a Business Analyst at Evalueserve Chile, supporting global consulting firms with healthcare-focused research and analytics.
Her career began at Stellar Search in New Delhi, where she worked as an Associate Consultant on senior hiring mandates in the pharma, healthcare, and biotech sectors, building a strong foundation in executive search and talent acquisition.
Aparna holds an MBA in Biotechnology and Human Resources from Savitribai Phule Pune University, equipping her with a unique blend of scientific and HR expertise.
